General information & care instructions
All mud australia is hand-made in our Sydney studio, Australia. Irregularities in size, glaze & texture, reflect the many human touches received during the making process and should be embraced.
Your porcelain can, with some care, be safely used in oven, microwave and dishwashers. Sudden changes in temperature (eg. from freezer to oven) is likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your porcelain. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth. To avoid glaze scratches ideally your mud porcelain will be stored in plate racks or with linen/felt between each item.
Nb. Orange, plum, red and slate porcelain are expensive colours and trickier to produce, hence the higher item price.
Due to the handmade nature and size of our range not all items are in stock at all times.
As soon as your order is received we'll let you know the items status and when it will ship, however, if items are not in stock please allow up to six weeks for your piece/s to be handmade + delivered. If you are in need of an item urgently please contact us to check availability.
All Australian door-to-door orders are delivered using Shippit. All door-to-mailbox orders are delivered using Australia Post. As soon as your order ships a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor it’s progress
