Shipping and pick-up

Shipping process

Online orders are shipped via Australia Post or Border Express and the cost is calculated at checkout. All our shipping is carbon neutral.

For guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas, place your order before December 18th. After this date, pick up is available where items are in stock otherwise please see our store opening hours here.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $350.

Express shipping is complimentary on orders over $1,000.

Online orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for the items to be handmade in Sydney plus additional time for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Pick-up process

If items are in stock, they will be prepared for collection as soon as possible – usually within three to five business days. Please note that all items will be ready to collect together, if you have items on backorder, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks to prepare your order. We’ll be in touch via email or phone when your order is ready to collect.
