Marketing Manager (Full-time)

Location: Marrickville, NSW
Start date: Immediately

We’re looking for a purpose-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for analytical data, design, arts and creativity to join our Marketing team.

The Marketing Manager is based at our converted warehouse office in Marrickville and works closely with a creative and collaborative team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for the brand globally.

They will work with team members to present Mud’s design and vision, ensuring that this messaging is consistent across all markets, campaigns, events and platforms. They will utilise analytic data to better understand customer and stakeholder needs, experiences and behaviours, and will apply these insights to inform future campaigns.

– 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a small-medium sized business

– A strategic and creative thinker

– Project management skills

– Excellent attention to detail

– Ability to analyse and report on data to inform marketing strategy

– Excellent Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

– Strong communication and relationship building skills

– A proactive, creative, and positive team player who thrives on variety and autonomy

Experience working in luxury retail would be desirable, but isn’t necessary, to succeed to this role.

Systems Integration Coordinator (Full-time, Marrickville, Sydney)

Location: Marrickville, NSW

The role is based at our converted warehouse office in Marrickville and works closely with a creative and collaborative team.

You will be responsible for:

  • The functionality and interaction between all digital systems across departments and business entities.
  • Improving and optimising our systems usability, accuracy and functionality.
  • Ensuring best practice and, when applicable, scoping alternatives
  • Supporting business growth through systems improvements.

We’re looking for a trainee to join our dispatching team. No former experience is required, all training will be provided onsite.

The dispatcher works with the rest of the team to check, store, finish, pack and dispatch Mud Australia products. This is a physical role in a small, dynamic team with lots of opportunities as the company continues to grow.

Working at Mud Australia

Annex by Mud Australia

Many of our team have their own creative practice. To promote their creativity Mud hosts an bi-annual event called ‘Annex by Mud Australia’ that provides an environment for them to exhibit and sell their art.

Fun stuff

The Mud Australia studio offers a nurturing, rewarding and fun work environment. We offer weekly yoga classes and host monthly team lunches to foster our Mud staff community.
