Assistant Store Manager (full-time)

We’re looking for a special person to fill the Assistant Store Manager role in our Gertrude Street store in Fitzroy. This key position provides support to the Store Manager and leadership to the retail team in-store in customer service, achieving targets and day-to-day store operations. HR Generalist (part-time)

Location: Marrickville, Sydney, Australia
Start date: Immediately

We're looking for a HR Generalist to join our growing team. The Human Resources Generalist works with the Directors and Managers to maintain and enhance our employees’ experience by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Based at our Marrickville head office this onsite role has flexibility for part-time work and would suit a working parent.

Successful applicants will:

- Have previous experience in HR or proven people management skills.

- Be polite, friendly and approachable as well as organised and structured, with excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

- Have the ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment laws combined with the requisite negotiation skills required to implement personnel policies.

Customer Service & Office Admin (full-time)

Location: Marrickville, Sydney, Australia

Based between our Marrickville office (upstairs) and studio shop (downstairs), this role works closely with our creative and dynamic e-commerce & retail teams. Largely customer focused, the Customer Service and Office Administrator offers the highest level of customer service to our online and studio customers and in addition, provides general office support as required.
