Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated at checkout based on the subtotal of the order.
If you choose to purchase insurance, you're guaranteeing an instant resolution - whether a replacement or refund, pending you meet Route's requirements.

If you would like to exchange your order we offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders. Items must be exchange intact in their original, unused condition. Items can be exchanged for store credit (valid for one year). Please note your preferred option when contacting us.
To arrange a return or exchange:
Return shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and Mud is not responsible for any breakages of returned items.
Once your items have been received in their original condition, we will email you a credit voucher (valid for one year), redeemable online or in any of our Australian stores.
If you prefer to exchange an online order in-store:
Saturday and Sunday: Online order exchanges cannot be processed in-store on weekends, however, our team can hold the items and arrange for processing the next working day.
Mud is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier.
