30ml turmeric tissane
30ml Poor Toms Gin
30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth
15ml fresh lime juice
60g fresh turmeric root
300g caster sugar
30g mint leaves
Add all ingredients into Mud Wine Cup
Add ice to fill cup
Top with soda water
Stir and garnish with fresh mint sprig
Peel and grate turmeric.
Combine sugar with 300ml hot water, stir until dissolved.
Add turmeric and mint leaves, cover and leave to infuse for an hour.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store.
