Located just up the road from our studio, Pizza Madre make wild fermented sourdough pizza using all Australian, sustainably grown wheat. The produce-focused seasonal menu changes monthly and the drinks list is made up of exclusively Australian, small producer wines, beers and spirits.

Ingredients

30ml Poor Toms Gin
30ml Imbroglio
30ml Sparrow & Vine Vermouth
Twist of orange peel

Method

Chill Mud Wine Cup.
Add ice and ingredients (except orange) to mixing jug.
Stir.
Strain and pour over ice into cup.
Top with twist of orange peel.
