Returns and exchanges
An extended exchange period until 31 January 2023 applies for items purchased online or in-store from now until 24 December 2022. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition.
Please email Customer Service with your order number to make arrangements to return your items. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Mud is not responsible for any breakages of return items.
Once the items have been received in original condition, we will email you a credit voucher, valid for one year, that can be used in any of our Australian stores or online.
Any items showing signs of use are not eligible exchange or credit. For more information please read our Terms & Conditions.

Mud is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier.

Item arrived broken?
Any breakages in shipment must be reported to Mud Australia within 7 days of receiving the shipment (do not ship broken pieces back to us).
Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.
How can I return a store purchase?
