Covid-19 update: We continue to process online orders to all states in Australia via our Sydney studio with longer delivery times.

Holiday delivery timing

All online stock reflects our live inventory, so you can see what we can deliver to you in time for the festive season!

In order to fulfill your dinner set and gifting needs this festive season, make sure to get in early this year. Our holiday shipping cut-off dates for INSTOCK ITEMS are:

SA, TAS, WA, NT — last orders 2 December 2020

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT — last orders 8 December 2020

Shipping process

Online orders are shipped via Australia Post or Border Express.

Online orders are processed and dispatched within two-three business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately two weeks for the items to be handmade in Sydney plus additional time for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Pick-up process

You can pick up online orders from either your local Mud Australia store or our Marrickville studio. We’ll be in touch via email or phone when your order is ready to collect.

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders for items which are returned in their original, unused condition. Click here for more details.
