Available Positions

Role: Ecommerce Manager

Location: Marrickvile, Sydney NSW

Start Date: Immediately

The Ecommerce Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company's online sales channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the brand's online presence aligns with the brand guidelines. The Ecommerce Manager works closely with brand, marketing, systems, operations and the retail teams to create a cohesive and impactful digital experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in Marrickville, NSW.

Ideally you will:
● Have 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a small-medium sized business.
● Skilled in overseeing Headless website ecosystems, collaborating with developers to manage decoupled front-end and back-end environments - preferably BigCommerce
● Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, META, AdRoll, Klaviyo, and/or other similar tools).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Role: Inventory Coordinator

Location: Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia
Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Start Date: Immediately

Based in our Marrickville studio the role of Inventory Coordinator is to ensure stock requirements for all sales channels are projected, planned, optimised and executed. The varied nature of this role requires this employee to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, demonstrate effective planning and scheduling and have a comprehensive understanding of the business operations. Reliability, attention-to-detail, effective communication and people skills are critical to this position.

Role: Trimming and Glazing Trainee (Full time)

Location: Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia
Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediately

This physical, and messy role involves careful attention to detail while trimming, sponging and glazing greenware. Skills required – physically fit, good attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, good communicator, adaptability, solutions focused. All training provided on site.
