| Showroom Manager, Assistant Manager & Casual Retail Assistants
Location: Claremont, Western Australia
Mud Australia is expanding! We are thrilled to bring our handmade porcelain homewares to Western Australia with a brand-new boutique and fitout in Claremont, Perth. To build our very first Perth team, we’re looking for passionate, design-loving retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our new space.
Available Roles
1. Showroom Manager (Full-Time)
Hours: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday
Lead our brand-new Perth boutique from day one. You will inspire and mentor the retail team, drive sales performance, maximize profitability, and ensure seamless operational standards while delivering unmatched customer service.
Who you are: A motivated, professional, and engaging retail leader with a passion for design and creative culture. You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at driving business results through exceptional team leadership.
2. Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)
Hours: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday
Partner closely with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations, support team coaching, and champion our customer service excellence.
Who you are: A proactive and reliable retail professional looking to take the next step in leadership. You bring strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for interior styling and design, and a supportive, team-first mindset.
3. Casual Retail Assistants
Be the face of Mud Australia for our new Perth community. You will build authentic connections with customers, assist with product styling, and create memorable in-store experiences.
Who you are: Energetic, well-presented, and passionate about design. While previous retail experience is essential, your positive attitude, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm are what matter most.

Hours: Full-time, or 4 days per week
Based in our Double Bay Store, we’re looking for Assistant Manager with a dedication to excellent customer service, a natural flair for creating memorable experiences, and the drive to achieve strong retail sales performance.
You’ll work closely with our tight-knit team in a creative environment on Kiaora Lane, representing Mud and helping our customers discover pieces they’ll enjoy for years to come.
