For the Filling
• 16 apples (peeled and sliced to 1⁄2 cm thick)
For the Crumble Topping
• 300g plain flour
• 300g oats (processed or blended to desired consistency)
• 400g brown sugar
• 13g baking powder
• 20g ground cinnamon
• 13g salt
• 300g unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
