The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated at checkout based on the subtotal of the order.
If you choose to purchase insurance, you're guaranteeing an instant resolution - whether a replacement or refund, pending you meet Route's requirements.

Under the EU distance selling law, we happily refund or exchange for items purchased either online, in-store, or by telephone, however, you must notify us within 14 days of the sale. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition.
Please email Customer Service with your order number before you ship your package back so we know to expect it. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility and goods must be received in the same condition as shipped within 30 days: In these instances, the full price paid for the goods will be refunded and this includes our delivery costs of the goods. Alternatively, we can issue a credit voucher to the equivalent value, valid for one year from the date of the initial purchase.
