Shipping process
Online orders are processed and dispatched within one to three business days and the cost is calculated at checkout. All our shipping is carbon neutral.
For any items not in stock, please allow approximately 12-16 weeks for your pieces to be handmade and delivered from our Sydney studio. For expedited shipping please contact the store via email [email protected].
For guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas, place your order before December 20th. After this date, pick up from our Islington store is available where items are in stock.
Pick-up process
If items are in stock, they will be prepared for collection as soon as possible – usually within one to three business days.
Please note all online orders are only available for collection from our Islington store and we will contact you once your order is ready to collect. If you would prefer to collect your order from our Marylebone store, please email us [email protected] or call the store on 020 7706 4903.
