Shipping process
Online orders are shipped via UPS.
Online orders are processed and dispatched within two-three business days. For any items not in stock, please allow approximately six to ten weeks to be handmade in Sydney and delivered internationally. Once your order has arrived in the US, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Orders to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax and payment of such are the customer's responsibility. Mud Australia has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.
Store pick-up
Currently we do not offer in-store pickup online, however you can get in touch with our stores and place an order over the phone to collect from our Brooklyn, Nolita or LA showroom. Click here for store details.
