Andrea Brugi Olive Spoon

Andrea Brugi’s Mom and Dad Spoons are hand carved using off cuts from his chopping boards. Brugi sustainably sources salvaged wood from 400-1000 year old Tuscan olive trees, that are felled only when they no longer bear fruit.

Each spoon is unique and one off, made by hand, and differing size and shape. A perfect tool for slow stirring of sauces and soups, and sitting beautifully on display in-between meal times.

All measurements are approximate due to the wood structure and varieties are to be embraced. Made in Italy from untreated Olive wood, varying in size from 30cm – 36cm tall.
