Perfect for a post-Christmas pick-me-up or pre-flight when jetting off on holiday.

Ingredients

A tall glass
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Ice
60ml vodka
Pepper
Good quality tomato juice
Stick of celery

Method

Take the tall glass and generously coat with Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce to taste.

Fill glass with ice

Add your choice of vodka and approx 300ml tomato juice, stir, then season with coarsely ground pepper to taste. We like to use a lot of pepper to add heat in addition to the tabasco.

Add your celery stick and enjoy!
