Trinity and Issey have their own traditions, however they’re not big on the classics – there’s not a turkey to be seen as Issey’s family have been pescatarian since he was a child. Every Thanksgiving, Issey’s mom prepares a feast that could easily feed 20 people. The menu always includes salmon, roasted brussel sprouts, and cream of spinach. Trinity makes a delicious cranberry chutney instead of a more traditional cranberry sauce — “it’s nice because it’s not too sweet but still has that classic feel”. Trinity’s mom is big on using dried plants and flowers to create centerpieces.
