We hosted a party in Palm Springs to connect with our community in Los Angeles for Modernism Week 2025. The evening flowed naturally with cocktails and crudités to make our guests feel welcome.
The art of hosting
Effortlessly hosting a cocktail party is an art, and the right servingware sets the tone. Our handmade porcelain offers a refined balance of form and function, from XL servingware to perfectly formed drinkware, the interplay of texture and hue can create a considered and effortless tablescape.
Bold Servingware
Inspired by the colour palette of Palm Springs, we opted for a mixture of bright hued servingware, including platters and smaller bowls for dips.
The bartenders chose our Wine Cups in a range of colours, along with porcelain Carafes to prepare and serve the drinks. The fine edges and textural qualities of porcelain enhanced the drinking experience, making it a true sensory pleasure.
The food was styled simply, inviting guests to help themselves. We placed smaller platters of food around different locations in the house to avoid leftovers.
The colour palette you choose influences the overall tone of the party—bright, vibrant hues encourage a looser, more playful atmosphere, while neutrals such as Milk and Dust create a more refined, formal energy.
